Lumparing new colony ,there is 1) lumparing vidyapith high school 2) Lumparing welfare association 3) Lumparing culture home - library and cultural organisation Lumparing new colony contributed in social ,political.and cultural activities in the Assam state after that the Meghalaya state .This locality is peace loving ,secular,and feels for mutual respect.they did not get any help from assam government.After establishing of Meghalaya ,Meghalaya Government sometimes implements diffrent government schemes.this locality is greatefull for the Meghalaya government because it knows people of this locality believe in mutual respect.they feel bengalis and khashis are brothers and sisters relationship.
